Shipping and Delivery Policy

Ba’as Ready-to-Wear Garments Company aims to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Shipping Costs Within Egypt
- For orders under EGP 2499:
- Delivery costs vary depending on the area and range from EGP 75 to EGP 150.
- Free shipping for orders of EGP 2500 or more.
- For returns or partial returns of any order in any price range: Delivery and return shipping costs will be applied.
- Cash on delivery is available, provided that: Shipping costs are prepaid according to the area.
2. Delivery Time Within Egypt
- Cairo and Giza: 1-2 business days.
- Other governorates: 3-5 business days.
- Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next business day.
3. International Shipping (Outside Egypt)
- Shipping is available to the following countries:
- UAE – Saudi Arabia – Kuwait – Qatar – Oman – Bahrain.
- Shipping fees and product prices must be paid in advance.
- In case of returns:
- The refund will be processed via bank transfer upon receipt of the product.
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.
4. Areas Not Shipped To Within Egypt
- North Coast: Certain areas only, such as:
- Iberotel Burj Al Arab Hotel
- North Sinai
- New Valley
- North Giza Rural Areas:
- Tanash – Saqil – Nakla – Al-Kom Al-Ahmar – Dhat Al-Kom – Bartas – Barqash – Manshiet Radwan – Bahramis – Al-Manashi – Jazaya – Kafr Hegazi
5. Important Delivery Information
- Shipping is handled by:
- Al Qimma Emirates Express
- Posta Company
- Company representatives are available for certain areas
- Once the order is received from the shipping company, Bas Company is not responsible for the product.
- The stated delivery time is an estimate and is calculated from the moment the order is placed.
- Shipping is to the address specified by the customer.
- Delivery time varies depending on the geographical area.
- Shipping fees vary based on weight and location.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
6. Order Modification or Address Change
- If the order is not yet processed:
- Contact customer service to modify the address.
- If the order is in the delivery stage:
- It is best to contact the delivery representative directly (if delivery is within the same area).
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before receiving notification that the order has been processed and shipped.
- After shipment, orders cannot be canceled and must be contacted by customer service to complete the necessary procedures.
