Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Ba’as Ready-to-Wear Garments Company aims to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • The company accepts return or exchange requests under the following conditions:
  • Within 14 days of the order receipt date
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused Unwashed and free of any fragrances (perfumes/fragrances)
  • Without any damage or stains
  • All tags and original packaging must be present
  • The order number or purchase invoice must be provided

Special Note for Discounted Products:

  • Products discounted by 50% or more are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances
  • Products discounted by 30% or more can only be returned or exchanged in the case of a manufacturing defect
  • If returns of discounted products are accepted, the return request period is only 3 days from the date of receipt
  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging
  • The shipping or return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the reason is a product defect or an error on the company’s part

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

  • The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Underwear: Designer or Custom orders accepted.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Products discounted by 50% or more.

3. Steps to submit a return or exchange request:

  • Log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” page.
  • For guest users, go to the “Track Order” page and then click on “Exchange” or “Return.”

  • You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours.

4. Processing Time

  • Product Receipt: 2 to 5 business days
  • Product Inspection: 1 to 3 business days
  • Order processing will be completed immediately after inspection is finished.

5. Refund

  • If the return is approved:
  • The refund will be processed via the same payment method within one business day after the product inspection and verification process is complete (Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer via InstaPay).
  • For payments made by debit or credit card, the refund processing time is 3 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Possible deductions:
  • Shipping fees (if no error is on the company’s part) Return shipping fees if the return is refused

6. Shipping Costs

  • The company covers the full shipping cost in the following cases:
  • Receipt of the wrong product
  • Manufacturing defect or damage during shipping
  • Or if the order exceeds EGP 2,500 and there are no returns for the same order.
  • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

7. Size Exchanges

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the required size.
  • Shipping fees may apply depending on the situation.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.
  • After shipment, cancellations will be treated as returns according to this policy.

9. Defective Products

  • In case of a manufacturing defect:
  • You must report the defect within 24 hours of receipt.
